My name is Kyoko. I'm the head trainer and creator of PULL fitness. I've walked in your shoes – battling to belong, fighting eating disorders for society's beauty norms. Starvation was my path to fitting in. Exercise? More necessity than joy. Then, magic. Bodyweight and acrobatics entered, flipping my view on movement.
I conquered moves I'd never dreamed of. Fun and purpose fueled me, and progress bloomed. I grew stronger, healthier, and though muscle-packed, I looked fierce.

That's when the seeds of PULL were sown.

Fast forward about 20 years, I've explored various workout styles, from dance to yoga, pilates to strength training. Through this journey, I realized the key to creating sustainable training habits is having a purpose beyond weight loss.

Working out isn't about fitting society's norms; it's about being healthy, free, and thriving within our skin.
